Corporate Gifting Service Commitment

At Blue Chip Cookies, we are honored to serve as a trusted partner for executive and client gifting. Our Corporate Gifting Service Commitment outlines timelines, coordination expectations, and service standards for bulk and multi-address orders.


1. Planning & Lead Time

To ensure thoughtful execution and timely delivery, we recommend the following processing timelines:

  • 20–25 gift boxes: 3–5 business days
  • 26–100 gift boxes: 5–7 business days
  • 100+ gift boxes: Custom timeline confirmed upon order approval

During peak gifting seasons (November–December and major holidays), additional lead time may be required. Early planning ensures optimal coordination.


2. Multi-Address Orders

We provide streamlined fulfillment for corporate clients shipping to multiple recipients.

  • A completed recipient spreadsheet is required.
  • Addresses must be verified prior to final approval.
  • Final approval is required before production begins.
  • For orders with fewer than 20 addresses, you can enter multiple addresses using our multiple address option during checkout on our online store.

Address changes or corrections after approval may result in additional fees or shipment delays.


3. Delivery & Carrier Timing

We carefully coordinate shipments using trusted carriers.

  • Transit times are carrier estimates.
  • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected.
  • Weather events and carrier disruptions are outside our control.

For event-specific gifting, we recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days in advance.


4. Order Modifications

Corporate orders move quickly into production.

  • Changes must be requested within 24 hours of invoice approval.
  • Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.

Custom packaging, branded inserts, and logo materials must be approved prior to production.


5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payment is required prior to production.
  • Approved corporate accounts may qualify for invoice terms.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.


6. Freshness & Quality Commitment

All Blue Chip Cookies are baked from scratch using premium ingredients and carefully packaged to preserve freshness and presentation.

If a delivery issue occurs:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of packaging and product.
  • Our team will review and determine resolution promptly.

7. Dedicated Corporate Support

Corporate clients receive priority review of inquiries.

  • Response time: Within 1 business day
  • During peak season: Up to 2 business days

8. Service Limitations

Blue Chip Cookies is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, incorrect recipient information, weather conditions, or events beyond our control. While we will assist in resolving shipping concerns, refunds are not issued for carrier delays once orders have left our facility.
