Order Processing
At Blue Chip Cookies, we process orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. Our shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. We generally do not ship on Thursday or Friday unless we are confident your package will arrive by Saturday. During peak gifting seasons, such as holidays, processing may take 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM ET may begin processing the next business day.
If, for some reason, we are out of stock on a flavor, we will substitute up to one flavor, as close as possible to the flavor you chose. More than 2 flavors, we will email you to either delay the shipment or have you select replacement flavors.
Shipping & Transit
Your cookies are carefully shipped through trusted carriers. Once your order departs from our facility, the carrier provides an estimated delivery time but does not guarantee it. Shipping and handling are included in the price of every product. We cannot promise specific delivery dates unless an overnight delivery option is selected at checkout.
Holiday & Peak Volume Notice
Due to high order volume during holiday periods, processing and transit times may increase.
We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans change. Requests to modify or cancel an order must be received within 4 hours of placement.
After production begins, changes may not be possible. For cancellations, a small processing fee may apply if a refund is required.
Refunds & Returns
Because our products are perishable, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
If there is a product issue, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via email at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to determine if we can help make it right. To investigate the issue, please include: a photo of all the cookies in their original packaging, with the white ingredients facing up and visible, the gift box, the shipping box, and shipping labels, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are required to help us resolve problems quickly.

Local pickup and same-day delivery options are available at select licensee locations. Delivery radius and hours vary by location.
Carrier Delays & Weather
Blue Chip Cookies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
We will work with the carrier, where possible, to assist you.
