Processing time refers to the time needed to bake and prepare your order before shipment. Shipping time refers to the carrier transit time once your package leaves our bakery.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Requests must be received within 4 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, modifications may not be possible.

Carrier transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless expedited shipping is selected.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide and carefully package each order to ensure freshness and presentation upon arrival.
What if my package is delayed?
Once shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. Blue Chip Cookies is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses.
